Newsroom can exchange data with all major newsroom systems through the MOS protocol, giving the editor direct control of the broadcast schedule from his newsroom system’s rundown organizer. Text from the news story can be added directly to the schedule as an item to be read by the presenter. Media  items from the production systems can be dragged into the rundown organizer as well to quickly flesh out the rundown with content. Once all is said and done, the presenter in the studio receives the most up-to-date schedule just seconds after the edit, ready to go on air immediately.
