Since 2007 VCS AG has been a wholly-owned subsidiary of SciSys plc.
SciSys supplies bespoke IT solutions and consultancy to a broad spectrum of market sectors including space, utilities, defence, government, communication, business services and transport.
SciSys plc is headquartered in Chippenham, Great Britain, and has further locations in Reading and Bristol.
SciSys’s shares are listed on the „Alternative Investment Market“ (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange.
